Settings → Plans & pricing shows the workspace’s subscription. Billing runs through Polar. Payment method, subscription changes, and receipts are handled in the Polar portal (Manage billing in Polar). Four plans: Free to try everything, Pro for one production agent, Team to scale out, Enterprise for regulated industries and large deployments. Prices are shown per region on the plan cards. A workspace on a Pro trial shows a banner with the days left. Add a payment method (Add billing) before it ends to continue uninterrupted; otherwise the workspace switches to Free automatically.

What each plan includes

Usage is metered on four axes (see Usage). Included monthly quotas:
  • Free: the full product with no credit card. At quota, the workspace pauses; nothing is ever billed.
  • Pro: one production agent with the production self-improvement loop.
  • Team: shared workspaces and SSO, priority support.
  • Enterprise: everything unlimited, billed by contract. OIDC SSO (Okta · Azure AD · Keycloak), on-premises bundle with signed licenses, dedicated support and SLA. Contact us from the plan card.

Overage and the cap

On paid plans, usage above the included quota is billed per unit (per-axis unit prices are shown on the plan card and in Usage), but only up to the monthly cap. At the cap the loop stops, so a bill never exceeds the flat fee plus the cap. On Free there is no overage: hitting quota pauses, full stop.

External LLM token passthrough

The usage prices above are Nora’s execution costs. External LLM token costs (OpenAI, Anthropic, …) are billed separately by the provider on the API keys you registered in Providers. Routing to an in-house endpoint means no external token cost.

Business info for tax invoices

Shown for workspaces in the Korea region. Optional, for Korean B2B: enter a Business reg. number and a Tax invoice email, and tax invoices are issued for each bill. Displayed prices include 10% VAT.
