Settings → Reports produces documents from your audit data: periodic reviews, regulatory submissions, internal summaries. Two tabs:
  • Templates: prompt skeletons plus sample documents.
  • Published: every report that has been produced from Audit.

Templates

A template has a name, a type (report / audit query), and a prompt skeleton describing the report you want, with sample documents attached. Samples give Ask AI a shape and tone to imitate. Drop in a prior-period report or a regulatory exemplar. A template without samples still works, but output tracks your house style much better with them.
  • + sample attaches a document to a template.
  • + New template starts a fresh one.

Published

Finished reports collect under Published, so past periods stay retrievable.
