What’s logged
Consequential actions across the workspace, for example:- Signal decisions: confirmed, excluded, reviewer notes attached.
- Deploys.
- Guardrail blocks.
- Membership: invites, invite revokes, role changes.
Reading the log
The header counts events, approvals, publishes, and blocks. Filter the list by category: All / Approvals / Publish / Guardrails / Blocks. Each entry shows:- When
- Actor: the member (or automation) that acted.
- Action: what happened.
- Target: the object’s identifier (a signal ID, a member, …).
- Reason: the decision or note attached, when there is one.
