Every deploy leaves a record. There are two places to look.

The version list

The Versions page is itself the audit trail for Flow deploys. Every version records:
  • Author the member who deployed.
  • Created time
  • Release note
  • Changes since the previous deploy a per-block summary of what changed.
Versions can’t be edited or deleted, so the record stands. Autosave snapshots created by a restore also record who triggered it (“Auto-saved before restore by …”). Improvement deploys are collected separately under Versions → Improvements, recorded with their diff, author, and eval score.

The workspace audit log

Deploy events also flow into Settings → Governance → Audit, alongside workspace-level events such as member invites, role changes, signal decisions, and guardrail blocks. It supports category filters and export: pull records for team review or compliance from there. See Audit for details.
