Knowledge is where each workspace keeps the documents its Agents need. Organise documents into folders, then run a Foundry refinery to refine them into a form Retrieval can use. Knowledge is different from memory. Knowledge is uploaded and managed by your team; memory is the record an Agent builds while it runs.

  • List folders and documents appear in one list. Use name, owner, updated date, size, and tag to check document status, and drag column borders to resize columns.
