A Connector is a saved credential for an external system. Once you set one up, any pipeline in the workspace can use it, with no re-authing per pipeline.

Available connectors

More are added over time; the Pick a provider panel in the app shows the current set.

Creating a connector

  1. Settings → Connectors → + Add connector.
  2. Pick the provider.
  3. Give it a memorable name and paste the credential from the table above.
  4. Save connector.
Once saved, credentials are encrypted at rest. The UI never shows the raw value again.

Using a connector

In any Source node, pick the connector from the dropdown. The node surfaces config specific to that system (which folder, which channel, etc).

Least privilege

  • For Google Drive, share only the folders the pipeline needs with the service account, read-only.
  • For Slack and Discord, give the bot only the channels and scopes it needs.
  • Keep one connector per purpose rather than one broad credential for everything.

Deletion

Deleting a connector fails if any pipeline still references it. Update the pipelines first, then delete.
